About Chef Sanah
My passion for baking started at a young age of about 14 years old. Having grown up around sugar, butter and flour- the experiments with baking began at home. In 2014, I went to the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, London where I did my diploma in patisserie. Following this, I also trained at the pastry kitchen at The Oberoi, New Delhi. This was followed by a few years of learning and working with my mum who had her own home bakery. Years of working in the kitchen and learning from different chef’s helped in evolving my personality as a pastry chef, and White Milk Dark is a true vision of everything I have learnt over the years!
